Monad operates an asset‑light model: specialist plant is engaged on a project‑specific basis, and deployed under engineering supervision drawn from three decades of heavy‑industrial project execution. Plant, specialist equipment and site establishment are engaged per project, sized to the scope in hand, from an established supplier base in the Faridabad industrial belt and from equipment owners with whom the promoter has worked over three decades. Led multidisciplinary teams across engineering, finance, procurement, inventory, and HR. Worked with leading clients such as IOCL, BHEL, NTPC, NBCC, TATA, DMRC, Adani, Reliance, Jindal, Lanco, Punj Lloyd, and various State Electricity Boards.
Operations, contributes nearly three decades of global operational leadership, specializing in scaling large operations, implementing standardized processes, strengthening quality systems, and building high-performing teams that ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Together, the management team combines technical expertise, operational discipline, and strategic oversight to consistently deliver reliable, high-quality infrastructure solutions.
