About Monad Infratech

Monad Infratech Private Limited is an engineering and construction company incorporated in July 2022, specialising in trenchless engineering and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), pipeline laying, and civil and mechanical works for the power and hydrocarbon sectors.

The company was founded to serve a market in which cross‑country and urban pipeline projects increasingly demand no‑dig execution beneath roads, rail lines, canals, waterways and built‑up areas. Monad operates an asset‑light model: specialist plant is engaged on a project‑specific basis, and deployed under engineering supervision drawn from three decades of heavy‑industrial project execution. Our clients engage us for judgement, planning and execution discipline rather than for a balance sheet of idle equipment.

What we execute

Four capabilities, one single‑point delivery team — from bore path to tie‑in.

/ 01

Trenchless Engineering & HDD

Road, rail, canal and river crossings for hydrocarbon, water and gas pipelines; utility and cable duct installation in congested urban and in‑plant corridors; pilot bore, reaming and pull‑back with continuous tracking and mud engineering; bore path design, entry/exit pit design and as‑built profile reporting.

/ 02

Pipeline Laying

Complete turnkey solutions for laying complex piping networks — survey and route engineering, stringing, welding, NDT, coating and wrapping, lowering, hydrotesting, tie‑ins and commissioning assistance, with associated civil, electrical and instrumentation works.

/ 03

Fabrication & Erection

Heavy structural work for turbine halls and power house buildings, light structural work for cable and pipe racks, boiler applications and tankages, and equipment erection — with in‑house welding capability and qualified supervision.

/ 04

Civil & Mechanical — Power Sector

Foundations and associated civil works, mechanical erection packages, utility and water‑system package works, and balance‑of‑plant works for thermal, solar and process plants.

How we execute

Monad is deliberately structured as a lean, asset‑light execution company. Plant, specialist equipment and site establishment are engaged per project, sized to the scope in hand, from an established supplier base in the Faridabad industrial belt and from equipment owners with whom the promoter has worked over three decades. This keeps overhead out of our rates and lets us match the spread to the crossing rather than to what happens to be parked in our yard.

On equipment selection — equipment for a given project is confirmed at enquiry stage, against the specific bore length, diameter and soil conditions, and set out in our offer. We would rather commit to the right spread for your crossing than name a rig before we have seen the drawings.
  • Bore path design — entry and exit pit design, soil assessment and risk review before mobilisation.
  • Rig selection — the correct rig class, tracking system, reaming train and mud programme for the crossing.
  • Site supervision — the discipline that decides whether a bore is completed or abandoned.
  • QA/QC & safety — method statements and documentation to the standard required by refinery, power station and EPC sites.
  • Billing & completion — measurement and documentation in the formats PSU and EPC clients require.
  • Single‑point responsibility — for the bore and its associated civil, structural and tie‑in works.

Our Leadership Team

Why Monad Infratech

A specialist, not a generalist

Trenchless engineering is our focus, not a line item bolted onto a general contracting business. The right spread is engaged for each crossing, sized to the drawings rather than to what we happen to own.

Promoter experience

Three decades of core‑sector project execution sits at the head of the company, not in a consultant's brief.

Lean by design

No idle plant, no carried overhead, no legacy cost base. What you pay for is engineering and execution.

Turnkey scope

A single company can take the bore, the pipeline, the associated civil and structural works and the tie‑ins — removing interface risk between agencies.

PSU and EPC discipline

Our promoter has delivered for IOCL, BHEL, NTPC, HPCL, RINL, Adani, Lanco and Punj Lloyd. The documentation, billing and safety discipline those clients require is already understood — not something to be learned on your project.

MSE status

Registered as a Micro Enterprise under Udyam, with the procurement preferences that carry under the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises — and the responsiveness of a company of this size.

Site teams — engineers, HDD operators, welders, fitters and technicians — are deployed for each project and supervised as per the planning, QA/QC, NDT and safety standards applied across three decades of core‑sector work.
